Attorneys will meet Monday to discuss whether a Wausau man accused in the fatal shooting and dismemberment of a St. Paul, Minn., man lacks the mental capacity to stand trial.
Since September, Kou Thao, 26, has been examined three times by forensic doctors with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services at the request of defense attorneys. Thao faces charges filed April 22 in Marathon County Circuit Court of first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse and possession of a firearm as a felon.
