Tenants to relocate after historic Hotel Menasha is sold to private investors

In its heyday, Hotel Menasha attracted guests from throughout Wisconsin, as well as Chicago and Minneapolis. But the days are numbered for the historic hotel, which has changed considerably over the years.

The hotel - now the River's Edge Apartments and Historic Hotel Pub - is being sold to a private investment group, and plans are in the works to relocate the nearly 70 people living there. Details about the hotel's future have yet to be publicly disclosed.
