Inside a spacious building in Woodbury, Minn., neatly organized with weightlifting equipment, training apparatuses and a small turf field, is a place where Ryan Englebert has found his calling.

"I love what I do," said Englebert. "It's been a blessing for myself and my family. I'm living the dream."

Englebert, a Door County native and former standout football player, owns and operates a training center in the Twin Cities suburb, where he works with athletes of all levels in various sports. A number of his clients are current or aspiring professional football players. ...
