The Noel Group has reached an agreement with Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance to sell its assets of MyAssist, a personal assistance and telematics service provider, and Insure America, which provides insurance products to the travel industry.

STEVENS POINT - Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, part of the investment empire of billionaire Warren Buffett, reached an agreement with Stevens Point-based Noel Group in late January to purchase two of its divisions, MyAssist and Insure America. Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
