Home sales drop for second month

Home sales in Wisconsin dropped for the second consecutive month, which real estate observers attribute to record cold weather.

Existing home sales dropped 10.1 percent, compared to February 2013, but the average median price continued to increase, rising 7.4 percent to $130,000.

February sales in the 14-county Northeast region were down 9 percent, but the median price was up 5.4 percent, to $117,500. ...
