Authorities have requested charges against a teacher's aide they say took a pair of students out of school, gave them alcohol, drove while intoxicated and crashed her vehicle while the students were with her.

Police arrested the Marshfield High School teacher's aide, a 52-year-old Marshfield woman, for allegedly driving drunk and procuring alcohol for students, according to a Marshfield Police Department news release.

Investigators are requesting child neglect charges because the woman was in a position of authority and failed to care for the welfare of the students she was supposed ...
