A new locally-owned grocery catering to those on gluten-free diets has opened in Schofield.

Hidden Sources Gluten-Free Grocery opened Feb. 24 at 1699 Schofield Ave., inside the Metro Center.

Owner Tracie Rajek said the store sells everything from gluten-free pretzels and potato chips to gluten-free pizzas, doughnuts and bagels by brands such as Hodgson Mill, Kinnikinnick and Udi's. ...
