McCarthy unflinching in support of Capers

Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Dom Capers turns 64 in August, but coach Mike McCarthy said he sees no signs of him slowing down.

"Dom looks like the same guy today that he was when he showed up," said McCarthy on Wednesday at the NFL's annual owners meeting during the NFC coaches' breakfast. "He's got great energy, phenomenal work ethic. I don't see him slowing down any."

McCarthy was unflinching in his support of Capers, even though the Packers' defensive ranking slipped to No. 24 in points and No. 25 in yards last season. ...
