After sitting idle for several months and undergoing $1 million in renovations, a new restaurant is due to open on the city's west side.
Milwaukee Burger Co. will open Monday at 2200 Stewart Ave., in the building previously occupied by Hudson's Classic Grill. The restaurant will offer more than 20 different burgers, including a cheese curd burger and a brown-sugar-smoked cheddar burger.
