Library corner: Sisters help keep library shelves in order

The newspaper racks and book shelves would not appear as orderly if not for the efforts of Kathleen Hasenohrl and Marilyn Brandt. These two volunteers are sisters, retired and they enjoy spending time together. This includes sharing their hobbies as well as sharing their time at the library doing volunteer work.

They are the Marshfield Public Library Volunteers of The Month for March.

Both were born in Marshfield and raised in Wisconsin Rapids, and currently live in Pittsville. Kathleen and Marilyn are only 15 months apart. They attended nursing school together, and graduated in 1960. ...
