Police use trail cam to nab culprit in burglary spree

A woman who police say was caught on a trail camera trying to burglarize the same house for at least the third time pleaded innocent to related charges Monday.

Tracy Osowski, 33, of Plover faces charges of burglary, theft and delivering drugs following a series of burglaries in 2013.

According to the criminal complaint, police first were called to the 700 block of West Clark Street in August for a report of money missing from a safe. The owner of the house told police she'd been gone for a funeral and returned to find between $500 and $700 missing from envelopes that were in the safe. ...
