Twelve athletes from Kewaunee County schools will be participating in the 2014 WIAA Track and Field State Meet in La Crosse June 6-7.

Algoma enters the Division 3 state meet with four top seeds, including senior Kennedy Blahnik (shot put and discus), senior Shante Williams (triple jump) and junior Rachel Feuerstein (pole vault).

Blahnik has an opportunity to complete an achievement few Wisconsin athletes have ever accomplished, win four state championships in two events during her high school career. ...
