Everyone is invited, beginners to masters, to this summer's Chess Connect program at the Fond du Lac Public Library. Players will meet at 6 p.m. every other Monday starting June 16 (June 30, July 14, July 28 and Aug. 11). All ages are welcome.

All equipment including chess sets, clocks, puzzles, chess variants and instructions - will be provided by program organizer Archie Barribeau, instructional technology integration specialist for Fond du Lac School District. The program is free; no registration required.

The Fond du Lac Public Library has three locations: Main Library, 32 Sheboygan St.; FDLPL Express, near Festival Foods; and Journeys at St. Agnes, inside the hospital. For more information, visit www.fdlpl.org.
