Superfan Steve "The Owner" Tate of De Forest has received two offers to replace the comemmorative Super Bowl XLV "paperweight ring" that was stolen from him at a charity event May 24. Tate, a fixture at Packers games since 1998, can be found at many Packers-related charity events around Wisconsin.
