The Green Bay Packers more than doubled the land they own in the area around Lambeau Field in the last four years.

The team owns more than 62 acres along Lombardi Avenue and around its football facilities. A Press-Gazette Media report in July 2010 found the Packers bought 21 parcels totaling more than 28 acres between 2006 and 2010. The team now owns 52 parcels, according to the Brown County land records database.

Ownership shows up under five names: Green Bay Packers Inc., Lambeau Field Redevelopment, Green Bay Development LLC, 1141 Lombardi LLC and 1177 Lombardi LLC. ...
