None injured after train equipment fire in Junction City

JUNCTION CITY - A piece of train equipment that caught fire on Saturday in the village of Junction City was extinguished without injuries.

According to Portage County Sheriff's Lieutenant James Pozniak, the fire started around 8 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Morgan Avenue in Junction City and involved a piece of equipment that repairs train tracks. ...
