Green Bay youths celebrate Kids' Day: Green Bay's annual Kids' Day was held Wednesday at numerous locations around the city. Packers players stopped by Leicht Park to sign autographs and pose for pictures.

Thousands of kids participated in Green Bay's annual Kids' Day offering on Wednesday, Mayor Jim Schmitt said.

"It's a great day to be mayor," he said.

In 2003, Schmitt declared June 25 - six months since and until Christmas - to be Kids' Day, a day full of free events geared for the city's young people. Some of the day's events included movies, inflatable games, music, fishing and rides at Bay Beach Amusement Park. ...
