Getting cut by Packers huge surprise to Al Harris

According to nationalfootballpost.com, former Packers cornerback Al Harris, who signed with the Miami Dolphins on Wednesday, was taken by surprise when the Packers cut him on Monday. "Itís the nature of this business," Harris said. "I guess they felt I wasnít good enough to play on their team. That was a big, that was a huge surprise, but it is what it is. Iím where I need to be and letís move forward. You stick around long enough, something like thatís bound to happen. "Iím excited to be a part of this program and just to give what I can give.†Rehab was going well but like I say, I guess they seen it different and it is what it is. Iím here now, South Florida. Iím just ready to play ball.Ē
