It was a great quarter for the Packers, who forced a pair of Vikings' turnovers and came to life on offense. Aaron Rodgers threw a pair of touchdown passes, the first an 11-yarder to Greg Jennings with 5:14 left in the half, and the second with 5 seconds remaining to James Jones from 3 yards out. Mason Crosby added a 42-yard field goal. Charles Woodson stripped Toby Gerhart of the football to start the second quarter and A.J. Hawk recovered to thwart a Vikings' scoring opportunity. Tramon Williams picked off Favre late in the half when the Vikings were attempting to drive for the tying touchdown. Williams stepped in front of intended receiver Percy Harvin for the pick, and the Packers marched 53 yards in six plays and 58 seconds for a two-touchdown lead. James Jones made a nice juggling TD catch. The play was subject to review but officials confirmed the original TD ruling on the field. The Packers dominated second-quarter stats in first downs (9 to 5) and total yards (193 to 78). For the half, the Vikings lead in total yards (201 to 167). Aaron Rodgers is 14 of 22 for 188 yards and a 121.0 passer rating. Brett Favre is 8 of 17 for 96 yards and a 40.3 rating.
