Packers sign 2 players to practice squad

The Packers on Tuesday signed two players to their practice squad, guard Adrian Battles and safety Michael Greco. Battles (6-3, 318) is a rookie out of Minnesota State who signed with the Minnesota Vikings after going undrafted. The Vikings cut him at the end of the training camp, and he’s been out of football since. Greco (6-3, 224) is a rookie out of Central Florida who was on the Packers’ practice squad for four games earlier this season. The Packers had an open spot on their practice squad for one player and made room for the other by placing receiver Terrance Smith on the practice squad/injured list. --Pete Dougherty, pdougher@greenbaypressgazette.com
