Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers praised receiver Donald Driver on his ESPN Milwaukee radio show on Tuesday, prior to the wide receiver's announcement that he would retire.

In an excerpt from that conversation, Rodgers sounded like he knew Driver's retirement was coming.

"Donald has had an incredible career," said Rodgers. "Been a pleasure to be around the guy. Guy like that has done it the right way. Endeared himself to fans. Made a ton of plays for us. I think hes done it the right way If this is the end for him, Ive really enjoyed my time with him. I think hes going to have no problem transitioning into the entertainment business or sports business. Im sure hes going to be great at whatever he decides to do."
