The Green Bay Packers now have to decide whether defensive lineman Johnny Jolly's chances of making their team are good enough to keep him on their roster after his suspension for three NFL seasons.

The NFL has reinstated Jolly after suspending him indefinitely in 2010 for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy, an NFL spokesman confirmed Wednesday.

Jolly, who turned 30 last week, was suspended indefinitely after multiple arrests in Houston for felony codeine possession. He eventually spent six months of a six-year term in jail for violating probation and was released last May and ...
