Packers make Mulligan signing official

The Packers made official today what was reported over the weekend: they signed veteran tight end Matthew Mulligan.

As Weston Hodkiewicz reported on Sunday, Mulligan could be a suitable replacement for Tom Crabtree, who signed with Tampa Bay in free agency last month.
