It's not looking good for wide receiver James Jones (knee) and defensive lineman/outside linebacker Mike Neal (shoulder) to play this Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.

Neither Green Bay Packers’ player was able to return to the field during the portion of practice open to the media on Friday, along with five others who didn't practice: outside linebackers Clay Matthews (thumb) and Nick Perry (foot), inside linebacker Brad Jones (hamstring), running back James Starks (knee) and tight end Ryan Taylor (knee).

If neither Jones nor Neal is able to play against the Browns, it would leave the Packers with only two healthy outside linebackers – rookies Nate Palmer and Andy Mulumba – and three wide receivers – Jordy Nelson, Jarrett Boykin and Myles White.

Packers cornerback Casey Hayward continued to practice and could dress for his first game of the season by process of elimination if the other seven players are inactive. Derek Sherrod was also practicing.

Packers coach Mike McCarthy is scheduled to meet with the media at approximately 12:30 p.m. Central Time.
