A day after injuring his neck and getting carted off Lambeau Field on a stretcher, Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley was up and walking around at a Green Bay hospital Monday and in good spirits.

"Jermichael is very, very upbeat, very positive," said Packers coach Mike McCarthy at his Monday afternoon news conference. "Always has a smile on his face, so I mean he's focused on what's most important. That's his health and his family."
