Chillar signing announced

The Packers finally announced the signing of free-agent linebacker Brandon Chillar, a deal that was done last week.

Chillar, 25, signed a two-year deal worth about $5.4 million plus up to $1 million in incentives. The deal was completed last Wednesday. Chillar spent the first four seasons of his NFL career with the St. Louis Rams.

The Packers also announced the signings of a pair of street free agents, long snapper Thomas Gafford and tackle Joe Toledo.
