Mike McCarthy still won't change kickers, not even after Mason Crosby missed two more field goals in Sunday's win at Chicago, but it might be altering strategic decisions being made by the Green Bay Packers' coach.

McCarthy on Monday reiterated his commitment to his struggling kicker, who with his misses from 43 and 42 yards against the Bears dropped to 17-for-29 on the season. His shockingly low conversion rate of 58.6 percent is nowhere close to the 80-percent kicker the Packers wanted when they drafted Crosby in the sixth round of the 2007 draft.
