    A 25-year-old Marshfield man was taken into custody at 3 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of South Roddis Avenue on two Wood County warrants. The man was booked and transported to the Wood County Jail after he was unable to post bond.

    Police are requesting charges of bail jumping for an 18-year-old Marshfield man after he allegedly made multiple contacts with an 18-year-old Marshfield woman between April 24 and 29, which was a violation of a provision of his bond.

    A loss prevention officer at Wal-Mart, 2001 N. Central Ave., reported at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday that an unknown white male toke a vehicle CD player without paying for it from the store. Police plan on distributing photos to help in the identification of the man.

    A 26-year-old Chili man and a 23-year-old Pittsville man were cited for disorderly conduct after being involved in a physical altercation at 2:40 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of North Central Avenue.
