A tour bus carrying Kansas City Chiefs players was involved in a crash in Grand Chute on Wednesday afternoon.

Police were escorting the football team's five buses from the Outagamie County Regional Airport to the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel, where most away teams stay before a Green Bay Packers game. The Chiefs will play the Packers in a preseason game at 6 p.m. Thursday.

As the buses were crossing College Avenue and Casaloma Drive around 3:22 p.m., a northbound vehicle struck one of the buses.

While no one on the bus was injured, a child in the northbound vehicle suffered a minor cut and was taken to the hospital for treatment, the Outagamie County Sheriff's Department said. Police said the children in the vehicle were not properly restrained.

Two other children and two adults in the vehicle were unharmed.
