MADISON - Green Bay Packers legend Bart Starr collapsed Tuesday morning while speaking at Monona Terrace but recovered quickly and was not hospitalized.

The 78-year-old Starr had finished speaking at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority conference, then collapsed at the podium as he prepared to take questions.

"He came to right away," Fran Puleo, the public relations manager at Monona Terrace, told Madison.com. "911 was called and the emergency responders were there right away as well." ...
