? At 10:20 a.m. Thursday, a woman reported a customer wrote her a bad check.

? At 10:33 a.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported someone had been running a car for the past three nights for about 30 minutes and shining the vehicle's lights into her window. The woman was concerned the car's occupants were watching her. An officer explained the occupants likely were warming up their car.

? At 12:35 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported credit card fraud.

? At 1:10 p.m. Thursday, a man reported that sometime between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. he saw a man drive up onto a curb, hit a street sign and drive over it in the 1300 block of West Grand Avenue.

? At 1:34 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported receiving a call from a person saying she took a loan out for $3,000 and that she had quit making payments. When the woman told the caller she would contact her attorney, the caller got belligerent and used offensive language.

? At 2:26 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported a man threatened her with a gun that was at her house. The woman wanted to turn the gun over to police.

? At 3:56 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported a vehicle drove up onto the sidewalk when the caller was dropping off his child the day before at Grove Elementary School, 471 Grove Ave.

? At 4:32 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported a two-car crash in the parking lot of Rapids Mall, 555 W. Grand Ave.

? At 4:58 p.m. Thursday, an officer responded to a report from someone at a Black River Falls hospital about a sexual assault in Wisconsin Rapids.

? At 6:02 p.m. Thursday, an officer responded to a report from a local business of a theft by a contractor.

? At 8:20 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported the theft of a computer from an unlocked apartment in the 1100 block of 19th Avenue South.

? At 10:52 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested a man on a warrant during a traffic stop near the intersection of 21st Avenue and Boles Street.

? At 10:56 p.m. Thursday, an officer arrested a man near the intersection of 12th and West Grand avenues.

? At 11:05 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested at least one person after executing a search warrant in the 1400 block of 22nd Avenue South.

? At 11 a.m. Thursday, deputies arrested a man in the 12000 block of Sparks Road, Cary, after responding to a report from the Clark County Sheriff's Department about a woman saying she wanted help.

? At 2:59 p.m. Thursday, a Nekoosa woman reported someone broke into a storage unit in the 800 block of Highway 73 South.

? At 4:28 p.m. Thursday, a Rudolph woman reported someone might have tried breaking into her vehicle in the parking lot of Mid-State Technical College, 500 32nd St. N.

? At 5:36 p.m. Thursday, the Pittsville Fire Department and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Nekoosa Fire Unit responded to a report of a "Feller/Buncher" on fire near the intersection of Highway V and Hay Creek Road, Hiles.

? At 5:42 p.m. Thursday, a Nekoosa officer arrested a woman after a disturbance in the 1200 block of Prospect Avenue, Nekoosa.

? At 7:34 p.m. Thursday, the Grand Rapids and Nekoosa fire departments responded to a report of a semi-tractor on fire in the 2000 block of Church Avenue, Saratoga.

? At 9:53 p.m. Thursday, two deputies, a Nekoosa officer and a Port Edwards officer responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of West Buehler Avenue, Nekoosa.
