WASHINGTON -- A rapidly rising New Glarus brewer and an Oak Creek police officer who was wounded in the Sikh temple shooting last August are on the first lady's guest list for President Barack Obama's State of the Union address Tuesday.

Deborah Carey, president of New Glarus Brewing Company, and Lt. Brian Murphy were among 24 guests invited to sit in the box with Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden, wife of Vice President Joe Biden, to hear the president lay out his agenda for a second term.
