? At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, an officer arrested a person in the 4700 block of Eighth Street South for possession of stolen property.

? At 9:08 a.m Thursday, an officer arrested a woman on a warrant during a traffic stop near the intersection of 26th Street North and Plover Road.

? At 10:15 a.m. Thursday, someone reported a smashed car window in the 1800 block of 17th Street South.

? 11:31 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a fuel oil truck had a spill near the intersection of Eighth Avenue South and Goggins Street.

? At 11:37 a.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported another man stole a check from him while the caller was in jail.

? At 12:14 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported fraud.

? 12:18 p.m. Thursday, a caller complained someone had a red swastika painted on his door. It was a religious symbol and not a swastika.

? At 1:16 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported a 67-year-old man was driving by her house in the 1200 block of Oak Street and yelling at her while she was doing a yard sale. She also reported he threatened to shoot a neighbor.

? At 2:04 p.m. Thursday, an employee at BP, 1711 Baker Drive, reported a vehicle hit one of the pumps, knocking off the handle.

? At 2:25 p.m. Thursday, an officer arrested a man on a warrant during a traffic stop near the intersection of 17th and Norton streets. The man posted bond.

? At 3:12 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported a driver attempted to hit him while the caller was walking near the intersection of 21st Avenue South and Alton Street. Officers talked to the driver, and it wasn't deliberate. Officers spoke with both men about traffic safety.

? At 3:40 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a tenant moved out of an apartment in the 1500 block of 23rd Avenue South and took electronic equipment with her.

? At 5:02 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported his former girlfriend used his identity to get cable and has an outstanding bill of $562.

? At 5:13 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a hit-and-run crash in the 3300 block of Eighth Street South.

? At 5:42 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a truck backed into a car in the 200 block of East Grand Avenue.

? At 9:40 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a two-vehicle crash in the 400 block of Chestnut Street.

? At 1:49 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported someone stole a television from the 1000 block of Washington Street.

? At 7:59 a.m. Thursday, a Sherry woman reported her 15-year-old son refused to go to school.

? At 10:21 a.m. Thursday, a Grand Rapids woman reported her pregnant daughter has been using ecstasy and marijuana.

? At 3:09 p.m. Thursday, a Saratoga woman reported receiving a scam call during which the caller said someone filed a lawsuit against her, and she should call a number to get details.

? At 9:58 p.m. Thursday, a Nekoosa man reported two women attacked him in Nekoosa. The incident turned out to be a domestic abuse incident, and the man also hit a woman and small child.
