? At 8:29 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a car following her around and the driver taking pictures of her near the intersection of 14th Street and Pepper Avenue.

? At 8:36 a.m. Thursday, officers arrested a man on a warrant in the 600 block of 10th Avenue South.

? At 10:18 a.m. Thursday, an employee at Mid-State Truck Service, 2921 Highway 73, reported someone stole batteries out of a bus.

? At 11:30 a.m. Thursday, officers arrested a woman on a warrant in the 200 block of Sixth Street South.

? At 12:36 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported a hit-and-run crash in the 900 block of East Riverview Expressway.

? At 3:07 p.m. Thursday, an employee at Wisconsin Rapids Middle School, 1921 27th Ave. S., reported a theft.

? At 6:37 p.m. Thursday, the manager of Baker Drive IGA, 1811 Baker Drive, reported a group of teenagers smashing milk bottles.

? At 7:27 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a man taking his clothing off at Wisconsin Rapids Middle School, 1921 27th Ave. S.

? At 11:39 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported hearing people talking. The officer said he heard people, but no one would open the door at the woman's residence.
