? At 9:26 a.m. Tuesday, an officer reported someone left a water faucet on, slung mud on windows, rolled over a composter and broke plexiglass at Howe Elementary School, 221 Eighth St. S.

? At 10:14 a.m. Tuesday, a woman reported a possible bullet hole in a window in the 900 block of Wylie Street. An officer determined the damage took place the previous summer.

? At 10:21 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a report of a 1-year-old child running around in the road without adult supervision in the 1000 block of Township Avenue. The officers were unable to find such a child.

? At 11:16 a.m. Tuesday, a man requested to speak with an officer about material he found on his son's cellphone.

? At 12:49 p.m. Tuesday, an officer responded to a report of a traffic crash near the intersection of Eighth and Chestnut streets.

? At 2:57 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported people kept dumping garbage and recyclables into his trash containers in the 3100 block of Eighth Street South and that they now were full.

? At 3:07 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a drunken man being obnoxious in the 500 block of Eighth Avenue South.

? At 3:09 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported a semi-car crash at the roundabout in the 1700 block of Second Avenue South. Neither vehicle sustained damage.

? At 8:46 p.m. Tuesday, officers arrested a woman after responding to a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of 18th Avenue South.

? At 8:58 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a report of a drunken man packing up guns and trying to leave in the 3000 block of North Avenue.

? At 9:02 p.m. Tuesday, an officer responded to a report of a drunken woman throwing things in the 100 block of Oak Brook Court.

? At 9:42 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported a man texted her, saying he was breaking into her house, and a neighbor called reporting lights came on in the house. Officers determined everything was OK.

? At 8:33 a.m. Tuesday, a Grand Rapids man reported the theft of a chainsaw in the 3700 block of Alpine Way, Grand Rapids.

? At 10:23 a.m. Tuesday, a man reported his cat bit someone in the 3200 block of Bronson Road, Seneca.

? At 11:37 a.m. Tuesday, a Saratoga man reported his girlfriend took his television in the 9400 block of Highway Z, Saratoga. About 3.5 hours later, he reported his former girlfriend was threatening to steal his identity.

? At 5:22 p.m. Tuesday, Nekoosa Ambulance and the Grand Rapids Fire Department responded to a request for assistance at a house fire in the 400 block of Seventh Avenue South, Wisconsin Rapids.

? At 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash near the intersection of 52nd Street and Church Avenue.

? At 9:29 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported a loud explosion with a bright blue light near the intersection of Cranmoor Road and Gertrude Avenue, Nekoosa.
