Volunteers needed for annual Youth Education Expo

Hunter Education instructors and Learn to Hunt mentors are needed to mentor fourth- and fifth-grade students while shooting BB guns at the Wisconsin Outdoor Youth Education Expo at the Dodge County Fairgrounds on Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17. The Fairgrounds are located three miles east of Beaver Dam on Highway 33.

Each year the Expo attracts between 3,000 to 3,500 students, teachers and chaperones. The Expo is arranged by 'camps,' including archery, wildlife and conservation heritage enrichment, team building, firearm safety, fishing, camping, birds of prey, bird and animal ...
