Eagle river report:

Like the rest of Wisconsin, the nutty weather in the Eagle River area continues. But the good news is that the snow is finally gone! Turkeys are moving into a more normal spring pattern, with increasing gobbling and strutting activity. There is more standing water in the woods than what is normal for this time of year, so use waterproof footwear. This is especially true in areas that are not well drained.
