Monday's police log: Man said he paid $166 for $6 of gas

Wisconsin Rapids

? At 2:50 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported someone put graffiti on the side of a building in the 900 block of Alton Street.

? At 5:49 p.m. Sunday, a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported a traffic crash near the intersection of Sixth Street South and Chestnut Street.

? At 7:27 p.m. Sunday, officers arrested a man during a traffic stop near the intersection of Eighth Street South and East Grand Avenue.

? At 7:49 p.m. Sunday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported he paid for gas with $6 in ones, but there was $160 in between the singles. The service station attendant said the money was not there.

? At 2:02 a.m. Monday, a caller reported drunken minors "doing donuts" in a parking lot in the 4300 block of Eighth Street South.

? At 5:54 p.m. Sunday, a Nekoosa woman reported someone stole a gun from the 600 block of Wilhorn Road.

? At 6:11 p.m. Sunday, a Grand Rapids woman reported someone egged a vehicle in the 6100 block of Wazeecha Avenue, Grand Rapids.

? At 6:54 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported someone broke into a residence in the 600 block of Wilhorn Road, Nekoosa.

? At 7:47 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance in Grand Rapids.

? At 10:34 p.m. Sunday, a Rudolph man reported someone pounding on his door in the 6900 block of Highway 34, Rudolph. When deputies arrived, the man took off.

? At 11:20 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to a report of a man beating up a woman in Biron.
