Central Board Shop adds second location in Stevens Point

Jon Kurth said Stevens Point needed a business that specialized in skateboard and snowboard equipment.

He said he's met a number of children and young adults from the Stevens Point area through his Central Board Shop in Wausau, which opened in 2010, and he felt he could provide that service. On May 7, Kurth opened a second location, at 1319 Strongs Ave., in Stevens Point, the former location of Loonies Deli and Pizzeria.
