A very busy summer for Red Arrow Snowmobile ATV Club started on Saturday, June 29 with a 'Family Fun Day' at Birch Hills Resort in Townsend. The day began with a club meeting and group ATV/UTV ride followed by a fundraiser on the beach. Nearly $1,000 was raised to support a pair of scholarships for the 2014 graduating class at Wabeno High School and a donation to the Christian Food Pantry in Townsend.

On July 1 and 2 Red Arrow held an ATV safety class at the Townsend Town Hall. A total of 28 students were enrolled and all passed the test and got their safety certificates from the DNR. Thanks to the Town of ...
