Saturday's police logs: Caller reports someone threw clothes outside, poured water on them

At 8:49 a.m. Friday, an officer responded to a report of a bag of vomit and needles in the 400 block of Chestnut Street.

At 11:14 a.m. Friday, a Pittsville woman reported a traffic crash in the parking lot of Walmart, 4331 Eighth St. S.

At 12:06 p.m. Friday, a woman reported a car was driving on the wrong side of the road in the 1900 block of Gaynor Avenue, and its driver yelled at a boy walking down the street and tried to hit him with the vehicle.

At 1:23 p.m. Friday, a woman reported a man on a motorcycle acting strangely in the 200 block of 16th Street North.

At 4:38 p.m. Friday, a man reported a traffic crash in the 1600 block of Baker Drive. There were no injuries.

At 5:21 p.m. Friday, an Adams woman reported her former husband threatened to "put a bullet in her" regarding a child custody issue.

At 6:13 p.m. Friday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported fireworks from three nights before caused damage to his house in the 2300 block of 12th Street South.

At 8:04 p.m. Friday, a woman reported a man in his late teens or early 20s grabbed her from behind and then ran away near the intersection of Fifth and Ash streets.

At 9:47 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1600 block of Baker Drive.

At 11:10 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an anonymous report of three men breaking into storage sheds in the 4600 block of Eighth Street South.

At 11:34 p.m. Friday, a Wisconsin Rapids man reported someone threw clothes outside and poured water on them in the 400 block of Chestnut Street.

At 11:35 p.m. Friday, officers arrested a woman after responding to a report of a domestic disturbance.

At 11:51 p.m. Friday, an officer responded to a report of a vehicle parked on the side of the road with its inside lights on near the intersection of Sixth Street and Miller Avenue. The officer determined the vehicle's occupant was talking on a cellphone.

At 2:46 a.m. Saturday, an officer arrested someone during a traffic stop near the intersection of 16th and Chestnut streets.

At 3:03 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle near the intersection of 16th Street and Whitrock Avenue. The occupant of the vehicle told officers he was working for a wireless company, doing signal checks.
