An Oshkosh man was arrested Thursday after a road rage incident.

The 26-year-old Oshkosh was not happy with how another person was driving near the intersection of West Ninth Avenue and Washburn Street at 3:05 p.m. He stopped his vehicle, got out and pulled a knife out of his pocket. The man approached the other vehicle and put the knife away when he was one foot away, Oshkosh Police Lt. Kevin Konrad said.

The man then got back in his vehicle and drove away.

When police located the man, officers determined the knife was a switchblade. He was arrested and taken to the Winnebago County Jail for endangering safety with a dangerous weapon and possession of a switchblade, Konrad said.
