Obama: Health care website problems inexcusable

President says, however, the law itself is working as it should

A defiant President Barack Obama said Monday that he's mad about problems with the Affordable Care Act's new website, but argued that the law as a whole is working as planned.

While Healthcare.gov "hasn't worked as smoothly as it was supposed to work," Obama said uninsured Americans have been able to sign up for coverage.

"The product - the health insurance - is good," he said, during during a White House speech. "The prices are good. It is a good deal." ...
