Police are investigating the theft of money was taken from a change machine at a south-side Oshkosh truck stop.

Oshkosh Police received a report that a man entered the game room at Planeview Truck Stop, 1500 Planeview Drive, on Oct. 17 at 2:55 p.m. and broke into a change machine. An undisclosed amount of money was taken.

The man, who is in his mid-20s with short brown hair, was picked up by an unidentified driver in a red, two-door vehicle.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Oshkosh Police, (920) 236-5700, or Winnebago County Wide Crime Stoppers, (920) 231-8477. Tips can also be submitted by texting the tip and "IGOTYA" to 274637 or via the website, www.winnebagocrimestoppers.org.
