Peninsula State Park to host Bird Walks every Friday in May

Friday Morning Bird Walks take place from 8 to 9:30 a.m. every Friday in May at Peninsula State Park, starting May 2.

Birders are invited for flock to Weborg Point at the park, which is where the naturalist-led walks begin. Peninsula is a Wisconsin Migration Stopover Site and hosts species like American redstarts, yellow-rumped warblers, orioles, indigo buntings and many more. This program is free and open to the public, but a state park vehicle sticker is required to enter the park.
