The foundation is accepting applications for its grant program that last year awarded $600,000 to 236 civic and charitable groups. Grants total $5.9 million since 1986.
To be eligible, recipients must be 501(c)(3) federally tax exempt with a valid IRS Tax ID for a minimum of two years. They also must be located in Wisconsin.
Eligibility requirements and applications are available at www.packers.com/community/packers-foundation.html. Applications will be accepted until July 1.
The foundation finalizes recipients in November and an award luncheon is held in December.
