Packers to host Mentor-Protege panel

GREEN BAY - The Wisconsin Procurement Institute will moderate a panel discussion at Wednesday's Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé networking event at Lambeau Field.

The 3 p.m. event will feature representatives of purchasing departments and businesses who will discuss purchasing methods. The Packers, Oshkosh Corp. and Fincantieri Marinette Marine will be on the panel, as will veteran-owned and minority-owned business representatives.

The event is open to any business professional.

The Packers Mentor-Protégé program is in its sixth year. It pairs veteran mentors who can provide exposure, training, resources and experience to emerging Northeastern Wisconsin companies.
