GREEN BAY - Football fans continued to chip away at the Lambeau Field playoff-ticket inventory Wednesday, reducing the number by another 500.

That leaves 2,000 tickets available for Sunday's 3:40 p.m. game between the Packers (10-6) and the New York Giants (11-5).

Direct-sale tickets are available online only from Ticketmaster. Prices range from $118 to $145. The prices are set by the NFL.

Tickets also are available from re-sellers, such as NFL Ticket Exchange, the league's official secondary-market vendor, EventUSA in Ashwaubenon, SeatGeekVivid SeatsStubHub and others. The lowest price Tuesday, not including fees, was $104. The lowest price Monday was $129.

In the first round of the 2013 playoffs, the Packers and two other teams came close to local television blackouts because the games were not selling out. The NFL has suspended those rules, so games will be televised regardless of ticket sales.
