Packers seek fan picture for tickets

GREEN BAY – Green Bay Packers fans again have an opportunity to get their photo on a gameday ticket at Lambeau Field.

The team on Friday put out its annual call for Packers Ticket Takeover Contest entrants. The winner will see their submitted photo on 80,000 Fan Appreciation Game tickets in addition to receiving two tickets to the game, airfare and a two-night hotel stay.

Entrants can submit a photo of themselves, family or friends to pckrs.com/tickettakeover. The site also will allow entrants to see what the photo would look like on a ticket.

Deadline for entry is March 29.

Photos will be reviewed by Packers representatives and the top five posted at packerseverywhere.com. They will be voted on by fans between April 6-28.

Staci Abel, of Pray, Mont., was last year's winner. Her photo included her twin 4-year-old sons Desmond and Christian and was chosen from among thousands of entries. A record 64,000 votes were cast.
