Ex-Packers linebacker Nick Perry lists Suamico house for $579,900
SUAMICO – Former Green Bay Packers linebacker Nick Perry has listed for sale one of two houses he owns.
Perry is offering to sell his house at 2968 Seafarer Way in Suamico for $579,900. Perry bought the house in 2017 for $525,000. He also owns a house in Ledgeview.
The Suamico house, built in 2003, is a five-bedroom, three-bath ranch in the Harbor Lights Lake subdivision. The property is not on the lake, but has lake access. The 4,264-square-foot house is on 0.6 of an acre.
The Packers drafted Perry in the first round of the 2012 draft, making him the 28th overall pick. He was released by the Packers in May and remains a free agent.
The house is listed with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group.
Other Packers-related houses on the market include:
• 222 W. Mission Road, Allouez, the first Green Bay home for Vince Lombardi and family. They lived there about a year. The house is listed for $579,900
• 1642 Rockwell Court, Howard, owned by former Packers running back Ty Montgomery, who now plays for the New York Jets. The house is listed at $799,900, a price cut of $50,000 from the previous asking price.
• 935 N. Broadway, De Pere, owned by Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy, who moved to a nearby condo. The house is listed for $1.5 million.
